If you anticipate arriving outside the above hours, please contact reception. We will arrange late arrival instructions and gate access for you.
Check IN is AFTER 2.00pm
Check OUT is BY 10.00am
We have a great team of housekeepers that pride themselves on their 4.5 stars for cleanliness.
A deposit of the first nights’ tariff per unit or 50%, which ever is greater / site booked, is required to confirm all reservations. Balance of accounts are payable on arrival. Payment must be made for the full time booked. No reduction for early departure or late arrival.
Minimum stay periods / tariff apply in weekends, events, public and school holidays.
All tariffs are reviewed yearly. Management reserves the right to alter tariffs without notice. Units / Sites are allotted at the discretion of management, who reserve the right to alter if necessary at any time. Reservations are a contract between Coromandel TOP 10 Holiday Park and the person named on the reservation and is not transferable to any other person. This means that the named person must occupy the unit / site booked for the duration of the contract and is ultimately responsible / liable for all occupants and visitors’ behaviour and damage. For group bookings this means one person is ultimately responsible / liable for group behaviour and damage.
Management will charge additional costs for damages and / or additional cleaning required to resort property.
In the event of a cancellation the following will apply to all deposits paid:
-Cancellation within 7 days of arrival, no refund.
-Cancellations within 30days for bookings made between 24th December & 10th January, no refund.
-Cancellation between 8 and 28 days of arrival, your full deposit will be held for up to 3 months to be used for any future booking.
-Cancellation outside 28 days of arrival, deposits will be refunded less a $20 handling fee, if you prefer this to the above option.
Alterations can be made, subject to availability, and may require a unit / site change. An administration fee may apply. Management reserve the right to cancel a reservation if the alteration reduces the reservation below minimum requirements and cancellation penalties will apply. Alterations to the number of guests require management approval. No refund will be made should guests alter or leave for any reason before their reserved departure date.
No Noise after 10.00pm or before 7.00am. The only exception is New Years Eve, which is 1.00am. To ensure all our guests have a great holiday, we expect common sense and consideration to be shown at all times, to other guests, staff and management. Management reserves the right to refuse admission to any person and to remove from the resort any person, which in their opinion, does not conduct them self in a decent and reasonable manner. No refund will be made in such circumstances.

Visitors are at the discretion of management at all times, but they are your responsibility and must depart before 10.00pm. A visitor fee applies and if not paid by your visitors, you will be liable. All visitors must register at Reception and all cars are to be left in the visitors’ car park. Due to the very busy Christmas / New Year Period, visitors may not be allowed.
